QLD TMR MRTS03 · TfNSW Compliant
Independent soil nail & ground anchor testing
Suitability and acceptance testing for civil contractors, builders, and asset owners across Queensland and New South Wales. NATA-calibrated equipment, IRATA Level 3 rope access, and field records signed off before we leave site.

Our Services
Two testing regimes, one specialist scope
We only test. That independence is what makes our records defensible when a hold point is on the line.
Suitability Testing
Sacrificial nails loaded in cycles to the ultimate geotechnical strength under TfNSW TS 02168.1 (or the load nominated by your designer in Queensland) to validate bond stress assumptions before production installation begins.
- Sacrificial (non-production) nails
- Four-cycle loading, 180 minute creep hold
- Grout/ground bond stress derivation
Acceptance Testing
Production nails loaded to 1.5 times the design working load with multi-cycle creep and deflection monitoring recorded against the governing specification's acceptance criteria.
- Production nails, distributed across the lot
- Multi-cycle creep monitoring
- Deflection recorded to 0.01 mm
Compliance & Accreditations
Calibrated, certified, accepted
Traceable equipment and current certification on every mobilisation.
NATA-Calibrated Equipment
High-precision dial gauges reading to 0.01 mm and hydraulic jacks carrying valid NATA calibration certificates, serialised on every field record.
Rope Access Capabilities
IRATA Level 3 supervised technicians for steep batter, cliff face and limited-access retaining wall testing — no scaffold or EWP delays.
Specification Compliant
Testing and reporting strictly to Queensland TMR MRTS03, Transport for NSW TS 02168.1 and TS 02163, or your custom project specification.
Planning Tool
Size your acceptance testing scope
Enter your production nail count and we'll apply the MRTS03 Table 49.5 rates or the TfNSW TS 02168.1 percentages, rounded up.

Suitability tests
Not specified
MRTS03 prescribes a single acceptance (pull-out) regime at 1.5 × working load. Any pre-construction sacrificial testing is set by the designer or Superintendent.
Program-aligned mobilisation
Planned mobilisation across Queensland and New South Wales, scheduled around your hold points and construction sequence.
Same-day field records
Signed load/displacement records issued before we demobilise from site.
Audit-ready reporting
Formatted to the governing spec with calibration certificates appended.
