Independent testing and accredited reporting
Every test is run with calibrated equipment, current certification and reporting formatted to the governing specification. The deliverable is defensible data for hold-point submissions.
NATA-Calibrated Equipment
High-precision dial gauges reading to 0.01 mm accuracy and hydraulic jacks with valid NATA calibration certificates. Certificates are current, serialised, and issued with every test report so the measurement chain is auditable end to end.
- Dial gauges — 0.01 mm resolution, independently referenced off the wall face
- Hydraulic jacks and load cells with in-date NATA calibration certificates
- Calibration certificate serial numbers recorded on every field sheet
- Annual recalibration schedule with equipment quarantined on expiry
Rope Access Capabilities
IRATA Level 3 supervised technicians deliver testing on steep batters, cliff faces and limited-access retaining walls — no scaffold, no EWP hire, no program delay waiting on access plant.

We work daily to the governing Australian road authority specifications and can report against a client's custom project specification where required.
QLD TMR MRTS03
Drainage Structures, Retaining Structures and Slope Protections — soil nail acceptance (pull-out) testing at 1.5× working load, three cycles, Hold Point 21.
TfNSW TS 02168.1 & TS 02163
Soil nailing (R64) suitability and acceptance testing, and post-tensioned ground anchors to TS 02163 (ATS 5140-23 MOD) with AS 5100.3 risk classification.
Custom project specs
Testing and reporting against principal-issued or designer-issued project specifications and hold point schedules.

Full PL and professional indemnity cover, certificates of currency on request.
