Regional highway widening, South East Queensland
Highway rock cutting — soil nails and shotcrete
Sacrificial suitability nails tested to the ultimate geotechnical strength ahead of production, then acceptance testing on production nails at the specified frequency with dial gauge deflection readings taken from an independent reference beam.
Urban road corridor and rail interface works
Anchored soldier pile retaining wall
Ground anchor proof/acceptance testing through the waler using a hollow-ram jack and calibrated pressure gauge, with lock-off load verified and creep recorded at the maximum test load.
Cliff face and high-batter slope remediation
Steep batter stabilisation with mesh and nails
IRATA Level 3 supervised rope access testing where no platform access exists — reaction frame rigged off the face and the same load/hold regime applied as at ground level.
CBD basement excavation, tiered anchored walls
Temporary anchored basement shoring
Suitability testing on trial anchors before the shoring sequence commences, followed by acceptance testing on production anchors at each level prior to excavation of the next lift.
